  • Profilbillede (valgfrit)
  • Kørekortoplysninger og fremskridt
  • Lektionshistorik og bookinger

For kørelærere:

  • Navn og efternavn
  • Email-adresse
  • Telefonnummer
  • Arbejdssted/køreskole
  • Kalenderoplysninger og tilgængelighed
  • Undervisningsmaterialer

For skoleadministratorer:

  • Navn og kontaktoplysninger
  • Køreskoleoplysninger
  • Administrative data

Tekniske oplysninger

  • Enhedstype og operativsystem
  • App-version
  • IP-adresse (anonymiseret)
  • Fejlrapporter og applikationslogfiler

3. Hvordan bruger vi dine oplysninger?

Vi bruger de indsamlede oplysninger til at:

  • Oprette og administrere din brugerkonto
  • Facilitere booking af kørelektioner
  • Muliggøre kommunikation mellem elever og kørelærere
  • Sende notifikationer om lektioner og vigtige opdateringer
  • Forbedre Appens funktionalitet og brugeroplevelse
  • Overholde lovkrav

4. Deling af oplysninger

Vi deler kun dine oplysninger i følgende tilfælde:

  • Inden for køreskolen: Elever og kørelærere kan se hinandens kontaktoplysninger og lektionsoplysninger
  • Betalingsbehandling: Nødvendige oplysninger deles med Stripe til betalingsbehandling
  • Lovkrav: Hvis påkrævet af dansk lovgivning eller retskendelse

Vi sælger eller udlejer aldrig dine personlige oplysninger til tredjeparter.

5. Dataopbevaring

  • Aktive kontooplysninger opbevares så længe du har en aktiv konto
  • Lektionshistorik opbevares i op til 5 år af regnskabsmæssige årsager
  • Slettede konti anonymiseres efter 30 dage
  • Backups opbevares i maksimalt 90 dage

6. Datasikkerhed

Vi anvender følgende sikkerhedsforanstaltninger:

  • Kryptering af data under transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Krypterede databaser
  • Adgangskontrol og autentificering
  • Regelmæssige sikkerhedsopdateringer
  • Logning af adgang til følsomme data

I henhold til GDPR har du følgende rettigheder:

  • Indsigt: Ret til at se hvilke oplysninger vi har om dig
  • Rettelse: Ret til at få rettet ukorrekte oplysninger

Hvis du er under 16 år, skal du have forældres eller værges samtykke for at bruge Appen. Køreskoler er ansvarlige for at verificere alderen på deres elever.

Vi kan opdatere denne privatlivspolitik fra tid til anden. Vi vil informere dig om væsentlige ændringer via email eller gennem Appen.

  • Driver’s license information and progress

For Instructors:

  • Phone number
  • Workplace/driving school
  • Calendar information and availability
  • Teaching materials

For School Administrators:

  • Name and contact information
  • Driving school information
  • Administrative data

Technical Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Error reports and application logs

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Create and manage your user account
  • Facilitate driving lesson bookings
  • Enable communication between students and instructors
  • Send notifications about lessons and important updates
  • Improve the App’s functionality and user experience
  • Comply with legal requirements

4. Information Sharing

We only share your information in the following cases:

  • Within the driving school: Students and instructors can see each other’s contact information and lesson details
  • Payment processing: Necessary information is shared with Stripe for payment processing
  • Legal requirements: If required by Danish law or court order

  • Active account information is retained as long as you have an active account
  • Lesson history is retained for up to 5 years for accounting purposes
  • Deleted accounts are anonymized after 30 days
  • Backups are retained for a maximum of 90 days
